Coach Q's Future Leader
Welcome to our Mentorship Program, designed specifically for students grades 8-12. Our program focuses on building character and instilling a sense of responsibility as participants learn to give back to their communities. With the guidance of our dedicated mentors, students will have the opportunity to plan and host their own community events, fostering teamwork and leadership skills. Together, we create a supportive community that empowers youth to make a positive impact.

Meetings
Join our team every Tuesday from 6 to 7:30 PM! Teens are welcome to drop in anytime to connect with our community, play games, and get support. It's a fun and welcoming group where we brainstorm ideas and put event plans into action. We look forward to continuing to grow together!
For more information on meeting locations feel free to contact us.

Selena Quinones
Founder / Mentor
My name is Selena Quinones, and I am the Founder of Coach Q’s Closet in honor of my big brother Joe also known as Coach Q. He was and always will be my greatest role model. His compassion for his kids and determination to see them succeed was beyond inspiring. Our mentorship program aims to support future leaders that share that same passion for community and growth.

Victor Perez
Lead Mentor
Hello, my name is Victor Perez. I am a first-generation college graduate, and I know firsthand how much support and encouragement can shape a young person’s future. Without the love of my family, I would not have made it as far as I have. I chose to be a mentor because I want to be the kind of resource and role model that a younger version of myself would have benefited from.

Juliana Duarte
Mentor and Activities Coordinator
Hello, my name is Juliana Duarte. As a first-generation college student, I believe it is important to give back to my community. Coach Q’s Closet is a meaningful way to do that by providing support and opportunities for students, many of whom may come from backgrounds similar to mine.
